Campfyre Keto Pumpkin Spice latte
Keep your New Year's resolutions without sacrificing taste. Our delicious coffee is the perfect complement to enjoy this fall favorite all year long.
Step 1. Gather ingredients
2 tablespoons unsweetened pumpkin puree
1/2 cup strongly brewed Campfyre coffee
1 cup milk alternative (coconut recommended for best frothing)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Sweetened dairy-free whipped cream
Step 2. Add the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, vanilla and coffee to a small pot. Bring to a simmer on a medium low flame and whisk occasionally until the pumpkin puree has been incorporated and the spices dissolved.
Step 3. Add the milk alternative to a second pot or to a microwave safe jar and heat just enough to warm through. Whisk vigorously until it begins to foam or froth.
Step 4. Pour the hot coffee mixture into a mug and then pour in the frothy milk. (Top with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon, if desired.)
